Cancellation Policy for Custom Print Orders:

Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can cancel their custom print orders without incurring any cancellation charges within a period of up to 5 days after the day of purchase.

Notification of Cancellation: To initiate the cancellation process, customers must notify us of their intention to cancel their custom print order within the specified cancellation timeframe. Notification can be done via e-mail at alexisvalentine.studio@gmail.com.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the cancellation request within the allowed timeframe, we will proceed with issuing a full refund to the customer. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the initial purchase. It may take several business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider's processing time.

Eligibility for Cancellation: To be eligible for cancellation within the designated timeframe, the custom print order must meet the following criteria:

  • The order must be a custom print order.

  • The cancellation request must be made within 5 days after the day of purchase.

  • The cancellation request must be received through one of the approved communication channels mentioned above.

Exclusions from Cancellation Policy: The following situations are excluded from the cancellation policy:

  • Custom print orders that have already entered the production phase or have been shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Orders for non-customized items or standard products fall outside the scope of this cancellation policy.

Modifications and Exceptions: We understand that circumstances can vary, and exceptions may need to be made on a case-by-case basis. If a customer has a valid reason for canceling their custom print order beyond the specified timeframe, they should contact Alexis at alexisvalentine.studio@gmail.com. We will review the situation and determine if an exception can be granted.

Note: It is important for customers to carefully review their custom print orders before purchase to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. We encourage customers to double-check all order details, such as design, size, quantity, and any other relevant specifications, to avoid the need for cancellations or modifications.

REFUND POLICY

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase of your print. To provide clarity and transparency regarding refunds, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for art prints purchased directly from our website. If you have purchased a print through a third-party retailer or gallery, please refer to their refund policy.

  2. Timeframe for Refunds: You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase, and the refund option will no longer be available.

  3. Condition of the Print: To be eligible for a refund, the art print must be in its original condition, unaltered, and undamaged. It should be returned to us in its original packaging or a suitable alternative that provides adequate protection during transit.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: If you are requesting a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the print to us. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the artwork.

  6. Refund Options: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any initial shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  7. Exclusions: Custom or personalized art prints, as well as any prints that have been damaged due to improper handling or neglect, are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, any digital downloads or printable art are non-refundable.

  8. Damaged or Defective Prints: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective art print, please notify us within seven days of delivery. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will then assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund or replacement of the print.
